SHIPPING
We pride ourselves on prompt processing and packaging of your order. However, during periods of high demand, please allow us 2-5 business days to fulfil your order before it is shipped.
We offer shipping within Australia for a flat rate of AUD $10.
A tracking number will be provided to you in your shipping confirmation email. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot locate it, please email us at info@rayeparfum.com and we will provide you with your tracking number.
Please keep in mind that, due to the nature of our perfume products containing ethanol, we are unable to dispatch them by air as per the regulations and policies of Australia Post. Hence, all orders will be shipped via road transport, which may lead to a slightly longer delivery period.
We take great care in packing your order to ensure it arrives safely. However, if your order is damaged or if you are unhappy with the quality of your product, refer to our refund policy for further instruction or contact us at info@rayeparfum.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
RETURNS
We apologise, but we are unable to offer refunds for any products unless they are deemed faulty or defective. We understand that each situation is unique, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution if such an issue arises.
At Raye Parfum, we take great care to ensure that all products are in perfect condition before they leave our warehouse. However, if you do receive a faulty product, we offer the following refund policy:
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, you must contact us at rayeparfum@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt. We may request that you provide photographs of the damage or fault. We will assess the replacement request and provide a replacement product if deemed necessary.
Please note that the customer may be liable for the postage cost associated with returning the faulty product.
